website.
This website is designed to
communicate to audiences in Uganda, and around the world, what
the Congress of Racial Equality (CORE) is implementing
programmatically, in Uganda. CORE-Uganda was registered as a new
NGO under the Non-Governmental Organizations Statute, 1989,
in February 2006, though it had operated in an ad-hoc and
